[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite product in the AB line (which I had hoped was really going to be one product and done when the rich cream was introduced). My skin doesn't react at all to this cleanser - except to look good and feel soft. Gets most of my makeup off, but still best for a double cleanse situation. A lifelong convert and user here.

I do like that this cleanser does not dry out my skin. I don’t like that the container is glass, I prefer to wash my face in the shower but out of fear of dropping the container in the shower, I now cleanse my face after I step out of the shower.

For me, it started with getting small samples of several products and finding that they smelled lovely and almost immediately showed a different in my hair and skin. I don't wear a lot of makeup, so I don't need a hefty cleanser and this gel formula is light and provides a good wash that does not strip my skin. My skin feels smooth and hydrated after the wash and ready for my day or night skin care routine. Very happy with it and will continue to keep it as a staple.

This cleanser is expensive and doesn’t remove eye makeup. I used it for a year and then used other brands. I returned to this product because it improves my skin in ways other products fell short

I bought on a whim on vacation bc I didn't have the right cleanser. This is an elegant yet effective cream cleanser. If feel so soft and creamy but actually cleanser in such a gentle way. I love it post RF Microneedling and for an am wash.
