Shirt very small not loose fitting as advertised. Packaging was so sloppy that the return label was stuck inside to plastic and destroyed so had to be returned to store.

Satisfied with this purchase. The quality is quite good, the material is soft and comfortable, and the shirts shipped quickly. Ordered XL in two shades of gray and one black shirt. Definitely runs large and loose. I'm 5' 3", 155 lbs, and I'd probably order large instead of XL on a future purchase, as I often wear t-shirts for work.

I previously purchased this shirt set and was happy with the quality, which is why I ordered it again. Unfortunately, the second experience was completely unacceptable. This is advertised and sold as a three-shirt set, yet my order arrived with only two shirts. I contacted Macy’s four separate times seeking either the missing item or a partial refund. Each time, I was told the issue would be escalated to the third-party seller. Nothing was ever resolved, and no follow-up occurred. Mistakes happen in warehouses—but what’s inexcusable is refusing to take responsibility when they do. Selling a multi-item set, short-shipping it, and then offering zero resolution after repeated customer outreach is unacceptable. Macy’s essentially allowed the third-party seller to ignore the issue entirely. I would not recommend purchasing this item again, nor ordering from this seller through Macy’s. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a retailer I’ve trusted in the past.
