Sent wrong color ties
I ordered light blue ties for an upcoming wedding party but was sent a lilac purple tie instead. I chocked it up to simple human error so returned the ties and reordered them. When I received purple ties for the second time as well, I gave up and bought beautiful light blue ties from J Crew instead.

Terrible customer service
I ordered this tie in “sky blue”. And they sent me a tie in “lilac”. So I returned it. And reordered it again. They sent me a second tie in lilac! This is for the father of the bride, wedding coming very soon.
