[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 months ago, and it's already broken. The hardware slipped right out. I love the fact that it's a convertible backpack, but it failed. I recently found the the card that came with it to register it to protect my investment; however, it wouldn't even find the product. This makes me think that they know it's defective.

I wanted to love this bag because of the multiple ways it can be carried, a backpack, crossbody or tote bag, however, it does not fit a lot of items at all. This bag is fine as a simple work bag, but not what I was looking for. If you want a carry-on bag, this is not it. It doesn’t fit more than a laptop, charger and a few other items

Black goes with everything! Looks like a huge purse but it’s so wonderful for the lady traveler! Lots of large pockets for the computer, IPAD, accessories, book, make up, essentials, etc. The more, the heavier though! There is also a “belt” which makes it easier to carry. Durable, quality, and can go on any flight. Just be aware of FAA regulations on what you can carry on the airplane. (This is not a suitcase & would not recommend as an overnight bag.)

I like the design of this bag, although it should be lighter for travel.Thank you.

Too bulky and awkward. The backpack option (for me) is a no go and if the straps had been removable I would have been more apt to keep it. Unfortunately due to the strap issue valuable space that could be utilized better, is not. Tote is also on the heavier side. It is built well and does look professional. However I will be returning as it is not the right bag for my needs.

It was better than I expected!!! Perfect size!!! Now I feel like I'm ready to go!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect city work bag! I walk to work every day and travel frequently and this bag transitions from my walk, to a client meeting to the airport seamlessly. The feel is good quality and seems somewhat water proof. The space inside isnt fit for clothes/travel items but is great for your laptop, notebook etc. Would love to see it have a cup holder but over all im very impressed.
