UNUSABLE If you want to use this as a shoulder bag the clasp won't stay closed. Only usable as a clutch but who wants to hold a bag in their arm the whole time. so bad.

I really like Patricia Nash bags - but this is dead on arrival! There two very small, flimsy little hooks that are supposed to hold this heavy bag, and the top clasp doesn't close well at all. I am returning this!

I usually like a larger purse and this one is perfect! It is beautifully made, a lovely chocolate color, it is soft, comfortable to carry, and it is the perfect size.

I know the medium size Vivienne bag is just right for me! The size with it's potential to hold all of those necessary items!

I ordered this thinking I'd end up returning it and getting the Coach Kisslock 27 but I love it decided to keep it. The size is perfect; roomy but still looks great on the shoulder, the brown suede is soft, slouchy and pretty. I like the interior 2 slip pockets and exterior zip pocket, which the other designer lacks. it's a wonderful alternative to the more expensive brand. The only thing it's missing is a detachable top handle. I solved this by adding a Coach chainlink strap and it looks so pretty.

I have only had TERRIBLE experiences purchasing items on macys.com. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MACYS.COM. If you are lucky enough to actually manage to receive your purchase shipping will be delayed for months. They reroute your shipment without notification and you incur a fee if you try to correct it. The customer service reps will have different reason/story each time you call to inquire. Refunds are not issued in a timely fashion either. To try and “make it up to the customer” they email EXPIRED promotional (coupon) codes. Just beyond disgusted by my treatment by Macys.com
