Did not like the item. Return the item a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund. Call customer service several times and no one can tell me when I will get my refund. Requested a manager call back and receive no response.

I was so excited I got this in the mail today mind you after it was w a late arriva. It looks bent and dingy. No packing slip and the coach bag is wrinkled and dingy looking . I was so excited to gift this , and now I'm returning it .
