Bought on clearance so it was a good price. I searched the description to see if the hood was removable, but was unable to find that information. Unfortunately when I received it, it is not removable. It’s quilted, but too puffy; not attractive or stylish.

I’m very happy with this jacket. I just have one small suggestion: the ends of the sleeves are a little loose. Could you please make them slightly tighter, maybe by adding elastic at the wrist area, so they fit more securely?

I bought this for winter and it was so good. It is so comfortable so soft so aesthetic, 1000/10

I bought this CK jacket at Macy's with a surprisingly low price. The material is soft and warm, and it doesn't make me look bulky, even though it's a puffer jacket.

Its a beautiful color in vanilla and it has just the right amount of shine. It couldnt look any better.

They labeled it final sale. I thought that meant no further reduction in price. It didn't fit right and attempted to return. The said this item isn't illegible for return or refund. So if that's the case,why don't you say so. "No returns No refunds". It is obvious to me that Macy's attempts to unload dead sale items to its customers through wicked calculated misguiding marketing tactics. Ambiguity is their marketingplatform. Shameful. I've been a loyal Macy's customer for over 25 years. No more.
