Purchased this for my son who is all about grilling! I read all the amazing reviews and thought, how could I go wrong with this purchase. Item came in a plastic ziplock bag,no box,no care instructions and it had a scratch down the middle. Called customer service and did a reorder over the phone. Needless to say, agyer being on the phone for 45 minutes,the order was never processed. I will definitely try to return this item in store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fact of being able to put your steak, burger or any other dry cooked meat on the plate and still have room to put some sides on it too. The meat fact of not having any polis, schlack or polyurethane makes it even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice design. Much lighter in weight than I thought, but I love the way a steak dinner looks on this plate. Makes it seem like I am at a fancy restaurant for dinner. Fun to use for a smaller charcuterie board as well.

I love that I can carry the steaks out on this, hang the plate at the BBQ pit ( hence the SS grommet) and then comeback to cart the steaks back in. I actually let them rest on this plate and can cut on it if I wish. I normally use butcher block oil to cure or preserve the beautiful Acacia wood, but Ironwood actually sells their own, if you are interested. When I'm not using this for steaks, it' a great board for snacks and the like. The price is good as well. I didn't hesitate at all.

I am not sure if the Acacia actually adds flavoring to the steakor not but it just tastes a whole lot better on this! I love that you can fit your entire meal on it and keep the steak juices from flowing all over a plate. The reservoir (that's what I call it) is great for catching all of the juice and I use that to dip my bread into.... love it! Keep the awesomeness coming... by the way this fits a 14 oz steak with EASE!

It is the perfect size for a reasonable sized steak, and has a trough for the juices. This steak plate will last us many years and we are very pleased with the quality, functionality, and style. I definitely recommend Ironwood.

This is more than a serving / cutting board, it is a beautiful element in the display of food. I love being able to serve guests from this plate. In addition to being beautiful, it is also functional. The juice containment works well and I love the additional space next to the steak tray for veggies or other accoutrements.
