I tracked the order and showing as processing. Chat with customer service and she submitted the order again. This is the 2nd time. Still showing as processing and no update yet. Cannot find chat button with customer service now. Quite disappointed with buying jewelry this time.

After researching the carat weight of the amethyst and the diamonds alone, the purchase price was reasonable ($868. +/-). While the small diamonds were bright, the amethyst itself was very pale, almost clear (it did not have the same depth of color as the picture.) The two biggest concerns for me was how THIN the band was. The stone is significant, the band is extremely thin so the ring is very top heavy where it would immediately slide to the side. I could have purchased a ring adjuster to fix this but the ring felt SO CHEAP due to how thin the band was, I will be returning it. I read the reviews prior to purchasing and one person remarked how thin the band was. I should have paid more attention. This band is VERY thin! Again, I will be returning it.

The ring is very pretty. I only wish the “Effy” marking on the ring was larger and the band a little thicker. I bought a size 9 and it fit perfectly on my forefinger

I bought the black onyx version. I have worn this exactly ONCE and a small diamond fell out. Very disappointed in the quality. What a pain to have to return it to Effy to be fixed.....and have to pay because they don't cover missing stones in their warranty. I will stick with Levian in the future.
