I rated a 3 out of 5 because the back strap is not elastic and I need to use a shoe horn to put them on. otherwise, the shoes are very comfortable. (size 7N)

I bought this shoe alone with another pair for my 93 years old mother. The shoes are very well made but a bit heavy for a 93 yr old. Risk of fall very high with having to lift heavy shoes with each step. Therefore I am returning them.

The lead gentleman in the online pick up department, I believe by the name of Robert, I know he’s from another country, anyway, he’s amazing. He is so professional, hardworking and caring. I came in to pick up these shoes, the first rep said oh sorry they were sent back. I left feeling so defeated. I saw Robert and he said that if it was to be sent back today then they’re still here. He looked everywhere until he found them. That’s the kind of person Macy’s wants to represent them. Please praise him for his awesome service. Pembroke Pines store in Broward County.

I bought these shoes online by sight only—not trying them on in the store. They were prettier in person than online. I bought the light blue in Xtra wide. They fit my wide feet perfectly. They are comfortable for walking. I use arch support inserts, so I can’t talk about that. They seem to be well made, and I expect walking many miles in these shoes.
