I purchased this item through Macy’s Marketplace and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the third-party seller. I returned the dress because I did not care for the material and style once I saw it in person. The dress was never worn, and I was very careful when handling and repackaging it for the return. The seller rejected my return, claiming that the dress had a stain. I am confident that I did not cause the stain they are referring to. The seller is now shipping the item back to me rather than issuing my refund. As a longtime Macy’s customer, I did not expect to have this type of experience when purchasing an item through Macy’s website. Based on my experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase from this third-party seller again. I recommend that customers pay close attention to who is actually selling and shipping an item through Macy’s Marketplace before purchasing. Check the product carefully when you receive the item from this seller and take pictures

I really wanted to love this dress. Color is beautiful and size was spot on. The fabric is thin and the dress unlined. The pleated skirt looked sloppy and not crisp. The dress was also very wrinkled. I am sadly returning this dress
