Not sure what the other reviewers experienced but this bag is perfect for overnight or a few days worth of clothes. I didn’t find it on the smaller side and feel it is adequate for the price. The zippers are metal and sturdy. No issues attaching the longer strap. As a nice surprise, it also came with a small cosmetics travel pouch. Very useful.
This says Large, lol there is nothing large about this bag at all. It would be ok for a child to pack in if going away for the weekend but a adult cannot fit more they 2 outfits in this bag with a couple of toiletries. The zippers are cheaply made and plastic. The bags we got look nothing like the picture at all. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS YOUR WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Unless you need something cheap for a child for the weekend
Ordered two bags and only received one. No one will refund for the missing bag. Not the seller or Macys.
The zipper fell off immediately upon unfolding the item and could not be reattached. Thin, cheap material. I do not recommend this product. I wasn’t aware that 3rd party sellers have different return periods than Macy’s. Very disappointing experience overall.
Purchased two bag, only received one, and was charged for them both. Bad business!!!!

Placed an order on 4/19/29.. It was supposed to arrive in 3 - 6 days.. It's now been 10 days since order placed and n I w being told it'll arrive 5/3/26.. I ordered the item specifically TO USE ON 5/3/26.. Had I known it would be this late, I wouldn't have ordered it..
Wish I read these reviews before buying. Bag is not large, it’s actually small and very cheaply made. Don’t look anything like the pictures. Very disappointing.
Photos don't show a stitched product name on the reverse side. Surprised Macy's -- known for retailing quality handbags -- would sell this product.
