So I place an order online for coach bag was tabby mini 19 in honey brown color and the. I received was completely different bag and it’s not even coach bag . I called the customer services and they were so bad for handling the situation and he refused to place an order with different color.

I am very dissatisfied with the delay in the delivery. I purchased the handbag days before my sister-in-law arrived at my house in Orlando because it was meant to be a gift for her. When the delivery was delayed, I even had to call to complain about the situation. Unfortunately, several days passed and my sister-in-law had to return to Brazil without the handbag. This situation caused a real inconvenience for us, including a financial loss. Because of this experience, I will have to reconsider whether I will continue shopping at Macy’s in the future.
