I was so excited on Monday when the items arrived however once I opened the package and tried them on, I realized they were all bent and crooked and the ovals weren't ovals anymore.
WOW, you open the box and they just shimmer and shine. Nice size, not dainty. Made well.
I purchased these earrings for myself back in December. They are lovely, but the latch on the back never closed properly. I was able to wear them 3 times: the first time, one stayed in and one kept falling out; the second time both would stay in for a bit, but then one would fall out again; the third and final time, neither would stay in my ears and fell out multiple times despite my attempts to close the back. I called stating these were defective, but because it was after the 30 day return window, no one could help me with a refund or store credit. Very dissappointed with Macy's - I have been a loyal customer for years and purchase products regularly. What a waste of money with no resolution!

I was anxious to purchase these when I saw them. Every woman needs a pair of hoop earrings, for everyday, work , casual..... These are a good choice. Stones are sharp and clear. Craftmanship is' very good.
Could not wear them. Clasps don’t open wide enough. Had to return them
Received my order and tried them on but one of the clasps didn’t close on the earring. How does something like that get shipped? ZERO quality control at Macy’s.
Unfortunately, these earrings have posts that are way to thick to go in a typical ear hole. Couldn't even wear them so I sent them back.
These earrings have a short arm to place through your ear lobe and cannot be worn. They should not be sold without advising customers. They need to be returned, but will not take them.
