I love that they combine so many ingredients like sea moss, black seed oil, ashwagandha, ginger, and berberine into one convenient supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, there's no strong taste, and I like only having to take two a day. It's a simple addition to my daily routine, especially when I don't want to take several different supplements. Definitely a product I would recommend trying!

I and very active and I like that these are a more nutrient focused daily vitamin. Easy to swallow and there are enough for at least two months in a bottle. Pills are normal size to easy to take on the go.

So far I have been taking them and do not notice any big changes. But at least I do not have any negative reactions. Also, I think those with thyroid issues should be wary of using this product as iodine is in the product. The website states that this product supports longevity and overall health, but I'm not sure if the claims are all from peer reviewed sources. The health claims are vague and seems like there aren't a lot of sources to back them up, so I don't love that. I would ask a doctor.
