I received my black heels today and the shoes are really pretty and easy to walk in. I was disappointed with the Madden Girl box they came in because it was taped up because it looked like someone had torn it up and also the shoes looked like they had been worn and sent back. There was black marks inside back where the heel part is and also the bottom of the shows had been worn and you could clearly see that by some of the felt lines being worn off on the bottom as it naturally does when shoes have been walked in. When you buy NEW shoes MACY'S you should receive NEW shoes!

Heel of one shoe had an air bubble and water stain that measured about 2.5 inches in diameter. The other shoe has an air bubble on the front platform that measures about a done in size.

Very cute, minus the big toe stains on the shoes, someone previously tried them on or wore them with filthy feet. I was surprised that I was even sent shoes in that condition. Also, they weren’t comfortable for the 2 mins I had them on. I can’t imagine trying to dance in them! Returned.

These heels are so beautiful and so sexy. I wore these to a wedding and usually I bring back up shoes to events like this when I know dancing will be involved. I never ONCE had to take these heels off all night. Wore them for 7 hours and was dancing ALL night. I cant recommend these heels enough!!

Because these were on sale I purchased them, they looked like the picture online but not at all The quality I've come to know from Steve Madden sandals missed the point on this one. Or maybe they were damaged I can't say but they appeared to have been worn. I will say it was on sale so if they wouldn't have had the few scratches and scrape on the shoe being on sale it was worth what I paid. They are the most beautiful Color, they also run smaller so if you order this sandal be sure to go 1/2 size up. I will probably return or see if maybe I can exchange and it's just this pair. As all orders from Macy they came quick and I appreciated the updates.
