Poor fit and feel

I left MACYS wearing them, walked 4 blocks home and had a blister on my big toe by the time I arrived. The material on the front strap and ankle strap both rub against the skin and irritates it. Now I don't believe I can return because they have been worn. Very disappointed.

Great looking shoes
