I haven’t noticed a spike in my energy levels or trouble sleeping, but I think I’ve noticed a positive difference in my mood and ability to focus! Very neutral taste, if any taste at all so you can add to anything - but I usually use water. Nice packaging, but I do find it difficult to get the proper dosage into the dropper in one go. If you’re looking for an herbal supplement for mood, I’d recommend giving it a try.
