The Order # 4725224732 item was purchased on March 2, 2026 and supposed to arrive in 3-6 business days. Today is 3/5/2026 and the status of the order is still “Processing”. I chatted today with a representative Honey and she stated that “3-6 business days” means from a shipping day and not from the purchase day. Macy’s website doesn’t support this information. It states ONLY “Purchased on: Mar. 2, 2026. Expected to arrive in 3-6 business days” and NOTHING about the shipping date. So, information on the website is intentionally misleading. I purchased this item ONLY because, according to the website, it was supposed to arrive before/on March 8th , which is my grandson’s birthday and it would be my present for him. Besides, there is no possibility to cancel online this order anymore. If I could, I would give Macy's zero stars.
