I was disappointed in the quality of the band which was all scufffed up when taken right out of the box. Would have expected better for the price. Hence the issues with buying online. And then I returned this watch in store and the customer experience was less than acceptable. First of all they don't have enough staff during this busy season, which is a bigger issue across the whole retail industry. I started at the customer service return center and they couldn't help me and sent me to the jewelry dept to return. At the jewelry counter I waited at least twenty minutes as the associate ignored me and then decided to help someone else first. Another associate finally came but was seasonal so she didn't know how to access my order in the system as there was no packing slip included in the box to reference my order. The other associate begrudgingly came over to assist and they finally found my order and issued my credit. This whole process took at least forty five minutes and it probably should have taken ten minutes. This is the second item I bought online and tried to return in store. The first one was even worse as no one could even find my order in their system. So I was forced to go home and create an online return and waste more time returning through UPS. What a major inconvenience! Macy's used to be a very well run business but they have definitely lost their way, and lost this very loyal customer.....
