Pretty but prickly
I love the color and the fit, but 100% cashmere doesn't usually have the prickly feeling that the fabric of this sweater has.

Worst Cashmere Ever
I have many cashmere sweaters and they are all soft and lovely, but this one is scratchy and cheap feeling. The neckline is weirdly huge. Disappointing purchase, but now I know not to get this brand again.

Customer Service Was No Help
The item never made it to its destination, and unfortunately, the online chat was completely useless. I spent time trying to get help, but I did not receive a helpful solution or any meaningful assistance. Very disappointing experience, especially from a company like Macy’s. I expected much better customer service and a more reliable delivery process.
