This is a very lovely bracelet. When I received it, I could not open the clasp. Brought it back to Macy’s and had them try to open. While the employee struggled, she was able to after a few tries, I still couldn’t do it and therefore returned it. The people working the jewelry counter all tried and agreed that it shoulldn’t have been that difficult to open.

I thought this was quite a lovely bracelet but I agree with a previous review that initially it was 14K gold but then it wasn’t. Also, the bracelet was closed and I could not get that clasp undone. I badly broke my fingernail!. I brought it to Macy’s and even the employee at the jewelry counter agreed. Sadly, it was returned.

This bracelet is prettier in person than even on the site! I am in love! A great gift for myself.

Didn't like quality

The box lock is stuck. I cannot remove the bracelet. I will need to go to a jewelry repair to see if we can get it off without damaging it.

A very pretty bracelet but too showy and a bit heavy for me.

My husband surprised me with this bracelet for Christmas. Absolutely beautiful bracelet!

I purchase this on December 12,2025 while the description stated 14k yellow gold. While I was tracking the shipping status Of my package I noticed the description of the listing change from 14k yellow gold to 14k gold over silver. The description they change a couple of days later is deceiving. I return the item as soon as I received it in the mail. Not worth purchasing for a fake gold.
