Nice Looking Pumps
The comfort is ok but not great. The texture, durability and heel height—great. I went down a size because I got wide which was great. However, they still slip off making it so uncomfortable & not so safe to walk. If I put inserts in to prevent that then they get tight and hurt.

I brought the shoes a month ago and they have become my go to shoe. Very comfortable and the texture is amazing for different outfits. Great fit also.

Runs very large!
I ordered this very cute pump in my european size which is 37, and according to the size chart its is a 7 US. I was so dissapointed to discover that even if they are super comfy and very nice looking, they were almost one size too big, fell off my heel and foot .Final sale so no Returns. Ordering international (Sweden) just doesn’t seem worth it - same happened with the loafers I ordered.

Nice shoes, heel height higher than 2.1/4”
Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

Shoes returned
There is a flaw in the inner lining that presses painfully against the middle of the foot. It’s clearly a manufacturing issue, and since they didn’t feel right out of the box, I’m sending them back." "The midfoot lining is defective and abrasive. I believe shoes should be comfortable from day one, so I’m returning these due to the poor internal construction.

NOT true to size!
Love the look and comfort but unfortunately its too big for me. I even tried the same size and width in store before ordering online just to be sure. Oh well!
