I loved the old formula of this shampoo for years. This new version is terrible. It doesn't lather and weighs my hair down. I canceled my long-standing auto-subscription with this one.

I didn't really notice a difference in hair volume after washing, a large amount of hair kept falling out in the shower, also my hair got even more oily after using this shampoo, mine got oily after just a day and I got a lot more dandruff than before !
After only using this product one month, I am impressed with the results and it makes your hair feel so soft and clean! Hoping it will gradually improve the volume where my hair has begun to thin. It has a great fragrance and only a small amount is needed…..do yourself a favor, get this great shampoo!
I love l'Occitane products and have been using them for years. This is the worst shampoo I have EVER used. It dried out my hair completely and the hair kept falling out. No volume and definitely o strength. Their other shampoos are exponentially better. Do not even try.
