The shoe that was sent to me is not even the right style of loafer nor the correct color not even close. I received my shoes a week later after paying for express overnight shipping

I wanted a platform loafer for a while now. Pradas didn't fit my 9W feet so these were next for me. I ordered 9s in regular. Super cute when I saw them and better when they were on me. My only concern was the overall fit on my feet. The ankle/heel area was too loose that my heel kept popping out when I walked. Also the toe box was too small. If I went up a size, the akle/heel would be even larger, and if I went down a size, the toe box would be even smaller. I ended up returning these beauties. Cute but fit is not for me.

Have not received them yet and I’m very upset about this as my order is taken almost a month
