Item returned before I received it
Item was to be delivered today, June 7. Suddenly on Friday, June 5, I received an email stating my entire order had been cancelled and was returned, and that a refund was being processed!!!! What gives, Macy's?????? Tjis has never happened to me with any mail order before! Customer service was of NO help, stating the order had been cancelled and there was nothing they could do about it. #!!@$$#!!!!
