Shame on Macy's, product advertised was NOT deer run walking pad, but instead received some generic off the wall brand i never heard of , as apparently did other's after reading reviews. Nobody received what was advertised. Total scam and not what i would expect from Macy's. Very disappointed. Do NOT waste your time ordering this product on Macy's website, it will be wrong.
The seller did not send me a Deerrun, they mailed me a Superrun and I had to return the item.
Total scam, Deerrun is advertised but shipped knockoff generic instead. Unbelievable!!!

I purchased this walking pad three weeks ago and after walking at a 1.3 speed for 45 minutes, there is a consistent burning smell and the covering over the motor is hot to the touch. I lubricated it again last week to try to help the issue and now it starts overheating at about the 60 minute mark. Still haven't seen any error code show up, so the unit can't help identify issues. I love the idea of a walking pad and wanted to like this one, but it'll likely burn out in the coming weeks. Don't waste your money on this brand.
Absolutely misleading in the description to say "easy to use remote" and no mention that it essentially needs registration on the app to activate the treadmill in the beginning. I didn't know that until I opened the box and saw it on a paper on the treadmill. At most I expected maybe some trial and error with the remote. Set up on the app was also frustrating. It would disconnect from Bluetooth while I was trying to activate it. The treadmill works okay, but I do regret not looking into the brand more before purchasing. I understand some people would like the app integration for personal use, but not saying outright that it's required for initial use left a very bad taste for me.
