Idea to have built in shape wear in a little black dress to avoid unnecessary lines with some sort of support in the right places … 5 stars Color is not a true deep black … looks more navy blue in bright lighting … 4 stars Zipper is very flimsy/hard to zip up or down by yourself … 1 star Would have been a better design to have a step in dress with a few snaps, buttons or hooks at the top. Built in shape wear has soft cups to shape the bust …. 5 stars Built in shape wear slims the tummy and back fat areas … 5 stars Built in shape wear flattens the booty in a bad way … if you’ve worked hard to build a nice enhanced booty, this dress destroys it … 1 star Built in shape wear is awkward … has a very small opening at the bottom which may not work well when you have to use the restroom. It should have had snaps like bodysuits do so the opening is larger to make it easier when you have to use the restroom. No one wants to take the entire dress off to use the restroom … 1 star

I am four weeks postpartum and this dress sucks in your body in all the right places. The material is to die for and I love the added bonus of the shorts. No chafing for me! I can’t wait to go back to work so I can wear this!

The material is nice and stretchy allowing me to move freely and the shorts really improve my confidence in moving around. This dress is the perfect flirty length to wear out on a date night out with my girlfriends. I do have to note that the sizing of this dress is off. I typically wear a size 6 and almost all of my clothes are size medium but this is a large and feels somewhat snug in the shoulder straps and stomach.

The built-in shapewear is definitely a confidence booster with smoothing everything out. As a mom with a "mom belly pooch", I felt supported but still comfortable. I did struggle with keeping the leg shapewear portion from riding up though. Maybe some grippy bands could help keep them in place. The open gusset was a smart and appreciated feature to add! The dress material is super soft and stretchy but was very static charged. The shirring is super flattering and helps hide spots that I'm not confident about. The boat neck gives it a classy, elevated vibe, and the length is cute and fun without being too short. This dress stands well on its own but looks great when accessories are added and styled up. Overall, this dress is mom body friendly, comfy, and would make a great date night dress!

The zipper is in the back and that is its only downfall. Yes, the shapewear has an opening for bathroom use, but I would have preferred a hidden side zipper for easy on easy off. Very beautiful dress though.
