I ordered the shoe and it was delivered in the wrong color. This is called natural but what I received was the one called cognac. I returned it and re-ordered a second time thinking it was a mistake. When I received the second pair it was the same exact problem and they are calling the cognac natural. They look nothing alike and in no way are similar. One is light beige and the other is dark brown. This has happened a few times with Macy’s where they will insist on sending the wrong colors multiple times. It is a waste of my time because I have to continually go back to the store to return it and wait for another one to be recent just to find it wrong again. Clearly the brand has a problem.

Macy’s sent me the wrong color. I ordered natural, and they sent me cognac. Aside from that the straps on the top of the shoe that go on the top of your foot, dig into the top of your foot. It’s too bad, because they’re very cute shoes.
