I bought it online. The hart is small for an adult and the chain looks very fragile so I pay for the protection program. A few days later the chain broke while I was wearing it and I do not know why. Not recommended.

The beauty of this necklace would be 5 stars. So the two stars is not reflecting that. This is because the chain broke only about a month after I purchased it. And I handled it with care. The chain is VERY thin. And my feeling is that it will break eventually no matter how well you care for it. The only way to keep it from breaking is to not wear it. And it is so pretty, you can’t help but want to wear it a lot. This is really sad. Luckily, I am still within the return period. I really hope they will fix it or give me another. I really like the necklace.
