I am so angry that you are calling this a carry-on! It is NOT! It is 23.5 inches! There is no way you could get this on a US plane unless the gate agent is blind. I bought this to be a carry on bag and now I have to return it. I would have loved it if it had fit the dimensions of a carry on bag for an airplane. Why did you do this? You could have made a proper sized carry on bag. Do better!

Having a devil of a time finding a carry on size bag that actually works with today's airline size requirements. Per your own airline size guide on your web site, there is only one or two airlines that allow this large of a bag as a carry on. You conveniently leave RyaAir's dimensions out completely. I don't understand why luggage companies would make luggage that is labeled as "carry on" when it absolutely is not and will cause an unexpected upcharge at gate check in.
Purchased two of these before a trip overseas. I was impressed with how sturdy, lightweight, and easily it moved on various terrains. I am 85 and do a lot of traveling; I use 2 smaller suitcases as it is easier for me to handle them. Everything was perfect except that the airlines got grease all over one of the bags. I did manage to remove most of the grease fairly easily. VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE.
The price was very reasonable. The carryon is great for packing for a weeklong trip. Using 19” vacuum bags. Plenty of room to spare.
Nice color and interior. Size is a little taller than our older ones - wheels are taller. Box was dented in transport, thus front large pocket still looks pushed in.

Very lightweight luggage wheels move easily
This suitcase is nice and sturdy. I have not gone on my trip yet, but it seems efficient as a carry on. If you need more space purchase vacuum seal bags.
