I received the bracelet and was initially very excited about it. However, it was too large, so I requested a return. The bracelet clearly had a tag attached stating “DO NOT REMOVE THE TAG — TAG REQUIRED FOR RETURN.” The tag was still completely intact. I am extremely upset that Davata, the third-party seller through Macy’s, is now claiming that the bracelet was returned used and scratched. This is absolutely unacceptable and completely inconsistent with the condition in which I received the item. The bracelet cannot even be properly worn without removing the tag, and the tag was never removed. I returned the bracelet exactly as I received it. I am asking Macy’s to please review this matter carefully and resolve the return immediately. I should not be held responsible for an item being alleged to be used when it was returned in the same condition in which I received it, with the tag on. Please escalate this issue and ensure that my return and refund are properly processed.
