True to size. Sleeve is a little long but maybe its the style. Love the eyelet . Can be worn casual. Pair it with good pants and a blazer and it will be corporate style

I ordered a PL based on my previous order in this brand's ribbed cotton fabric, and it fits relaxed, as expected. PM would likely have worked too, since the material has some stretch. The neckline runs a bit deeper than I'd like, though it's not revealing. I stitched it slightly higher myself so I wouldn't have to keep adjusting it throughout the day. The sleeves, on the other hand, are perfectly puffed — a nice detail that adds a little polish without feeling over the top. Sizing tip: if you want the slim, fitted look shown on the model, size up. If you prefer a form-fitting look, order your usual size. Overall, a stylish top that works well for both casual and office wear.
