They sent me a Nine West box with ugly silver Steve Madden shoes in it!!!! I ordered the silver Nine West pair because I’m in a wedding, even paid for fast shipping and of course they don’t refund you that back! SMH now I don’t have shoes!!!! HOW DO YOU PLACE STEVE MADDEN SHOES IN A NINE WEST BOX?!!!! Come on guys get it together. They don’t even care they’re like “well….” SMH.
Most uncomfortable shoe i have ever purchased . I was only able to wear them for 15 minutes before having to change shoes . Unable to return due to being outside of return window. Purchased for a Gala and Gala was just held this Saturday ( window closed on 6/30)
They were love at first sight, they fit like a glove and then when I was placing them back in the box and upon closer inspection I saw the back of the heel already had the paint chipping away:/ I don’t think I can return and get a new pair, they seem to be out of stock already in my size.
I received a wrong item
they are so cute! but as soon as i tried them on the strap digs into your foot before even taking a step! immediate return i wanted these for graduation. 10/10 would not recommend
A very cute shoe. I wore the silver pair for my elopement ceremony and photoshoot afterwards. They’re about as comfortable as your average heel. I say that keeping in mind that all high heel shoes are uncomfortable after you wear them for hours. I have no complaints. They’re easy to walk in. I even jogged a little during my photoshoot and they are very sturdy. I’d buy them in other colors if I needed another dressy heel..
