Awful DoorDash/Macys delivery!!!!
I never got the package delivered but Macys/Doordash claims that order was delivered to me but my house reception never found the package… After wasting like 45 minutes with Customer Service rep. who promised to refund or reship the item in stock, Macys reply came that it was delivered as per tracking and they can’t send the product or refund. This whole shipping fiasco with Macys have become incredibly frustrating and I will slowly move away from their online delivery model… this is not Macys used to be years ago.

I received the order in a broken box; I find it disrespectful to deliver it like that.

Missing product
The product is marked as delivered, but I have not received it. It was originally shipped with UPS and later transferred to USPS, and the package is now missing. As a customer and consumer, this situation is unacceptable.
