The bag is very small otherwise it's Ok

This bag came without any protection in shipping. Leather is stiff. If I would have paid full price I would be returning it. I have several Michael Kors bags. This one is a total disappointment.

Bag not received. It says that it is delivered. why it happens with Macy's deliveries only? how can I select a rating if I haven't received it.

I was disappointed when I received this Michael Kors handbag. It arrived without the protective plastic on the bag—the plastic was loose inside with the receipt. The strap was also noticeably crooked/bent and cannot be properly fixed. For a new Michael Kors handbag, I expected it to arrive in perfect condition.

Just the right size. Great for an evening out.

Can’t really say how I liked never received purse was very excited looks like was lost or never shipped and customer service said even though has been 2 weeks I have to wait few more days see if arrives this was a gift for someone and want to purchase elsewhere but they won’t refund me until they say I need to wait few more days I usually love macys but worst experience ever with a store they won’t look into where it is or at least just refund me so I can buy somewhere else definitely taking a break from them
