Order placed on 7/12, showed as “processing” for 8 days. I contacted customer service and the representative put me on hold to look into the issue. He came back multiple times saying “still working on it” and putting me on hold again. Finally I was told that I would be receiving the order by 7/23. Today I received an email saying that I’ll receive the order on 8/4. Not the experience I expect from Macy’s.

I am a big Kipling fan. I own several diff style of bags over the years. I love this color, yet the strap is - NO! The strap is so short and will be uncomfortable to use once you stuff the bag. It's already feel so short with a empty bag. Will not recommend buying unless you never going to use it as shoulder bag style.
The bag is light and has good room. It a pretty casual bag. The material seems like it will wear well. It is washable. It has nice compartments. The strap isn’t overly long, which I prefer. It’s a nice casual bag. You wouldn’t wear it out I the evenings.
