I was really disappointed with this bag. The price was reasonable, the quality did not hold up at all. The bottom of the bag started falling apart, and the little bow details began peeling shortly after minimal use. I was really looking forward to traveling with this bag, so it was frustrating to see it fall apart so quickly. What made the experience even more disappointing was that Macy’s would not allow me to return it, even though I had owned it for less than a month. I expected much better quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not purchase this bag again.
