[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the box arrived, I was a little concerned—it was nearly 70 pounds but very thin, and I had flashbacks to some frustrating furniture assembly experiences. Thankfully, it was actually harder to open the box than it was to assemble the shelf! The packaging was excellent, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward with just a rubber mallet, and I appreciated that they even included a pair of work gloves—a small but thoughtful touch. During assembly, I was a little worried the wire shelves might be flimsy. However, once the flat support braces were installed beneath each shelf, the entire unit became surprisingly solid. After loading it with multiple storage bins, I saw no bending, sagging, or warping. The shelves are deep enough to comfortably fit 66-quart storage totes, with room to spare. Larger bins may need to be turned sideways, but the depth is great for most household storage. My only long-term question is how the wire shelves will hold up after years of heavy use, though that's a concern I'd have with most wire shelving systems. Based on my experience so far, I'm genuinely impressed with the quality and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family.

All you need is a hammer. The finish on it looks nice. It's not cheap looking. It's going in my garage to replace two shelves in poor condition. My photo does not show all of the shelves installed.
