The item I received from Macys was in horrible condition. The shoes and the box were in deplorable condition. Macys fulfillment team should never have shipped this item in such a horrible condition. As for the shoes, they were in previously worn condition and appeared to be glued in several places I am really surprised that the item would’ve been shipped under the circumstances. Very disappointed.
I was very disappointed what I received this pairs of sandals. Left size of sandals is 7 1/2 and right size is 6 1/2.

These mules are SO sophisticated and cool looking. And surprisingly comfortable. Love the kitten heel too. I did size up a whole size to allow for the pointed toe and it was a good decision. I do wish the ankle strap was longer. I do not have thick ankles and I am on the last hole- hoping it will stretch with time. But overall, such a high fashioned find!
