Love it since I saw it. Good size, beautiful small tote but it came with damage Stiches in the front and the hanging band with the Sign felt without using it. Had to put it back in the box for returning to the store. I wish Macy’s and the company doing this handbags be more carefull and concern of their work. Sam Edelman is a good trademark that doesn’t deserve to be sending spoiled merchandise. Customer will be very disappointed with the product and not with the merchandiser who caused the problem. I will like to give another chance.

I ordered the large handbag, I was sent the small handbag. I’m so disappointed!

I bought this for my mom as a gift and she loved it. The pink is a very soft dusty rose color. I definitely would not describe this as a large bag —it’s much more in the small/medium range, which turned out perfectly.

Really cute bag, but the snap closure broke the first week I carried it.

Received the bag went to dinner same night looked down less than an hour later and the latch and tassel were gone from the front of the bag.

I never review my purchases, I bought this in June and I just took it out of the packaging and used it on 7/20 and when I got home that day I noticed the front piece with the logo had come off! This was my first purchase from this brand and very disappointed. I can’t return because my window is closed.

The picture is deceiving.. The call it 'Large' tote handbag.. I was so disappointed that is bag is small. Not anywhere near 'large'. Good crossbody maybe..
