⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I received an EMPTY PACKAGE. The product I paid for was not inside the package, yet I am being given a hard time by Anker when I’m simply asking for a refund or a replacement. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for an item and received nothing. I should not have to fight with customer service to get my money back for something I never received. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with both Macy’s and Anker. After this experience, I will NEVER do business with either company again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Crystal clear image allows you to see the tinniest details. Amazing night vision. Good battery life. the built-in battery allows you to carry the camera around without being plugged in. The hybrid mode of wifi/no-wifi is the selling part for me. Great product. Highly recommend it.

Won’t connect 3rd camera. Switched from VTech but will be switching back.

So disappointed I didn’t look more into this, I just assumed it would have motion detection as we have the home security with eufy and thought it would be the same.

Amazing product. I use it for my elderly mother day and night so when I’m out I can open the app and make sure she’s ok. She struggles using the phone so I can use the app to communicate with her all day. As soon as she calls out I receive a notification and I open the app to make sure she’s ok.

Best baby camera we have tried, really good sound, and great app and video quality. Cons: no motion detection, recording capability is questionable, as it writes to an SD Card but doesn't retrieve well to watch things back.

I was really excited about getting this baby monitor, mostly for the picture quality (which sure enough, is great). However there are a lot of issues. The vocal detection doesn’t really work (baby will be crying and the monitor doesn’t turn on, but when the AC kicks on the monitor turns on as if something happened), the microphone is just as bad as any baby monitor I’ve used, the white noise/music sounds terrible, sometimes the camera rotation button just doesn’t respond, and lastly the camera has a weird delay where it shows the last thing it saw before it went into sleep mode, so for a moment your baby will be gone or someone (past you) may be standing over your baby, which is terrifying. Did I buy it for all these things? No, I bought it for the 4k image, which is pretty good. Worth it? I got it on a pretty big sale, so in that case yes, but I wouldn’t pay full price until they fix all these bugs. Also, it took over a month to arrive (even though it said 2-5 business days).
