This item was ordered and paid for. It was never sent. The delivery date was pushed back a week, and now the tracking feature just says there is no delivery information. Macy's does not respond at all.

I bought this for a good deal. Good capacity/space. Durable material, It’s great size, and it’s exactly as described. The hot pink gorilla is a nice color contrast to either the teal zipper trim and violet color bag. The pictures show how my Apple Beats headphones fit in all three compartments and shows the depths of space. I am happy with the purple one.

Two emails asking me to review a product that never arrived. How ridiculous.

Capacity and Durability

I ordered dark blue but received pink; what's more, it was very old and dirty—I'm so disappointed.

Bought this backpack for work and it’s quite good. Large enough to carry laptop, lunch, umbrella, a pair of shoes

When i found this backpack i knew it was the one i love the pink and purple and the silver combination. I really like that kipling backpacks can last you all year! It is a MUST.

Just what I wanted ! Quality backpack that’s comfortable to wear for a long time . Good padding and great durable fabric .. love the slightly bigger size too but nice and lightweight. ! Love the colors !
