Great device and easy to setup. I replaced my nest doorbell camera with this. It bolted right into my existing eufy ecosystem. Video and voice are very clear. This was a great decision

I purchased the Eufy doorbell camera, floodlight camera & Homebase from Macy's. I didn't know how much I needed this system until I installed it & set it up. My email said that it would arrive separately but it shipped & arrived quickly & together. The instructions were easy to follow & once set up the clarity is AMAZING! My system is hardwired however the doorbell comes with a back up battery that has to be charged before installation. Once installed the detection & recognition is SUPERIOR! You can add family members pictures, so the system will recognize them. The system comes with an audible alarm, a variety of sounds for the doorbell chime, pre programmed quick responses for visitors (or you can add your own quick response & use it instead). There are also Eufy security stickers included to place in your windows. The dual light on the doorbell camera & the zoom feature is what I LOVE the most. I watch everything happening on my phone & on my portable home display screen. If you need extra security at your home that comes with its own monitoring 1TB of storage (purchase separately for Homebase) then the Eufy system/products are a MUST have!
It was easy to install/configure and add to my existing Eufy system—where I have 3 yard cameras and a base station. I used it wired with the built-in battery backup. I really like that it saves 4 seconds of preroll before it detects a movement—which is an advantage of being wired. It connected up to my existing doorbell wiring easily. The image quality is great and positioned is great. It clearly captures the person at the door. The package camera also works well.
The battery performance is poor; it doesn't even last a month.
Great camera that works with existing mech chime, that can be battery or hard wired. Hard to find an option that works with existing mech chime needing just a transformer upgrade
Much clearer than the Ring doorbell I had. Night view is very clear.
I'm loving our new doorbell camera. The view is super clear, I like that you can zoom in. I love all the options & settings in the app. The package reminder is an underrated but amazing feature for someone who always forgets to check the front porch.
We like the camera feature of our new Eufy security doorbell. But now we have the problem of our doorbell not ringing.
The device works perfectly. It’s nice having all our cameras on the same app. I wish the battery lasted longer.
