I’m having a hard time figuring out how to check my emails. I will have to call to have them help me.

When I first started using HP computers in the early twentieth years that’s when I realized it was a good buy very quickly to learn and extra features like Microsoft 365 etcétera etcétera. Happy with this machine.

It’s the slowest laptop ever. Takes 10 min to startup and I have nothing saved on it.

I'm having some trouble with google being glutted with photos and emails - I have a message coming up often -- Error status code OxcOc90002 - what is your tech number so I can call for help

I liked the product description which played a significant role in my decision to make this purchase. On e received there have been challenges with charging and remaining connected to my Gmail account.

Easy to use. Fast boot.

This laptop had restrictions placed by Microsoft that prevented me from downloading non-Microsoft apps I needed for work. It took 2 weeks to get them removed so I could attend Zoom meetings. If you remove the restriction, make sure you get a solid antivirus, anti malware app.

Suits all my needs! Im doing college online and this computer has been great!
