This 100% cow leather belt is very classy and beautiful! It has gold tone hardware. The warm medium brown color is great. It is flexible but not as flexible as my Calvin Klein leather belt. This belt has stitching at the sides whereas my Calvin Klein belt does not. When it has the stitching, you are not able to have it altered as easily. You may not be able to get an inch or so cut off of it. This belt I bought was a Small. That is not small enough for a 25 inch waist! If your waist is 26 or less inches, you will need the extra small belt. You could probably wear the Small belt if you have a 26.5 - 28.5 inch waist. Sometimes websites will tell you the length of the belt. That is not the length of the entire belt! They are measuring from the top to the center hole in the belt.
