Женский купальный комплект Lands' End Plus Size с топом и плавками с высокой талией

I’m very disappointed with my recent Macy’s experience. First, if you’re ordering this bathing suit, I definitely recommend sizing down because it runs large. My biggest concern, however, is the return process. I returned two items in the same package, but only one of the items has been processed and the refund was initiated back to my original form of payment. The bathing suit is now MIA, even though it was returned in the same package. I find this extremely concerning because I did my part by returning both items together, yet I’m now having difficulty getting the second item properly acknowledged and refunded. Returns should be handled accurately and transparently, especially when multiple items are shipped back together. I hope Macy’s looks into this situation and improves its return process. Customers should not have to worry about an item disappearing after it has been properly returned.

Love the style. The waist gapes a little.
