It’s been 10 days since I ordered to pick up in store. I called customer service after a week and they said it was already arrived at the store and would be ready for pick up the same day I called. Three days later I drove to Macy’s to pick it up. The store said it still wasn’t ready. They told me to wait for a few more days before calling them again. Macy’s sent an email requesting feedback that came in much faster than the actual product!!
