This is just a piece of maple - like what you might buy in the hardware store. There NO interesting pieces of wood glued together and sanded. It really is just a piece of a board. Very disappointing.
I bought this board because it’s just the right size for chopping single items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size of the 16” cutting board is perfect for cutting multiple veggies or some poultry. The thickness shows how durable it is and it’s easy to store. The wood is so pretty. Maintenance is a lot though with having to oil it once a month.

It has a good weight to it, but is light enough that it’s easy to maneuver around the kitchen. I plan to use this mainly for slicing bread, but I can also see myself using it display snacks when I have people over. I would definitely recommend, and will be looking at additional products from this brand as well!
