I bought these 10 days ago. For some reason it took 8 days for Macy’s to get them to UPS and 4 days later, tracking say I will get them after 9 pm tonight. Given that I could have purchased from several other vendors I am disappointed. Macy’s customer service used to be exemplary and that’s why I shop at Macy’s. But they no longer carry many of my favorite brands in store and their online shipping doesn’t compare with other options.

Shoes never arrived in time for a wedding. Was told 4-8 days. They are delayed and to arrive 13 days after my order, several days after the wedding.

Those shoes are very comfortable and stable. I'm hoping they will be great to wear with my long gown for several hours without hurting my feet. They are plain but the gold color make them festive. The toe space is wide and adds to the comfort of these sandals. Great find!

I liked this shoe a lot but had to return it because it didn't fit. My feet are fairly rectangular, and the sole of the size 9-wide fit the shape of my foot, but the front straps are not adjustable and were too loose. My foot didn't have enough volume to fill the shoe. For context, I normally wear a 9 in Teva, Clark or Altra.

Super comfortable, super cute. Rockports have figured out how to make a beautifully fitting shoe that needs no breaking in.

Wore these pretty perfectly heeled sandals right out of the box for a wedding. I have bunions, hip replacement & in need of a knee replacement. Danced all night, wore them for several hours, the most comfortable dressy shoe I have ever worn, comfier than Naturalizer in similar style & heel height. I bought the gold & the color was perfect not a shiny metallic gold but rather a soft gold with tiniest hint of shimmery making them a great neutral. I'll be ordering them in a different color.
